Meeting Program

Our our conference program is web based and available here:
https://virtual.oxfordabstracts.com/e/vb2026/program

To access it on your phone, scan the QR code to the right.  This is not a downloadable app, but a web site.  Bookmark it for easy access.  If you have never used Oxford Abstracts, you'll need to create an account; otherwise simply log in.

You can download a pdf of the full program.

Also, the list of abstracts to be presented is available.  Rather than including the entire text, submitters provide three key ideas for their abstracts.  Here are links to those documents:

  • We recommend that you bring your presentation on a USB stick as a back up - this has been helpful in the past.
  • If using a MAC, please be sure to bring an HDMI cable and your charger to the session room.
  • Arrive at your session room 30 minutes before the start of the session.
  • A session facilitator will help you set up your computer and test it.
  • Your computer will be connected to power and a switcher and left in place near the podium until the time of your talk.
  • Please stay on time to allow for questions and out of respect for your fellow presenters - there is a speaker timer, so please be mindful of it.

We look forward to your presentation and seeing you at Asilomar!
