This roundtable will provide a supportive and inclusive space for LGBTQ+ individuals and allies in the scientific community. This discussion aims to address unique challenges and opportunities faced by LGBTQ+ scientists, foster community connections, and explore strategies for advocating for equity and representation. By sharing personal experiences and insights, participants can better understand the impact of diverse identities on career paths, research environments, and collaboration in the sciences. Ultimately, this roundtable seeks to empower LGBTQ+ scientists to thrive authentically in their work, inspire systemic change, and promote inclusive practices across the scientific landscape.
